TK/TL Indented cylinder separatorPETKUS Indented Cylinder Separators are processing machines for sorting and separating granular products according to the particle length.
Application:
- seed cleaning of all kinds of cereals, wheat, oats, rye, grain, corn, sorghum, rice, others.
- in mills and malting industry for processing and sorting of wheat, rye, oats, barley and paddy.
The PETKUS Indented Cylinder Separators can be used for:
- Short grain separation (TK) - The shorter grain within the product settle down into the indents. By turning the cylinder these short grains are discharged into the discharge trough. The trough settings can be adjusted during operation with the short grain being discharged by a screw conveyor mounted in the trough.
- Long grain separation (TL) - The product settle into the indents.
By turning the cylinder it is thrown into the trough. The long grain components which have to be separated from the product do not settle into the indents and pass through the cylinder to the discharge.
