KDC 4000The
Kongskilde combi-cleaner type KDC 4000 is a combined screen and aspiration cleaner with capacities of up to 40 t/h. Ideal for the pre-cleaning of maize, barley, wheat, rye, peas and beans as well as for grading of malting barley and seed.
The combi-cleaner may be advantageously installed to allow crop passage immediately after intake or before discharge from storage.
KDC 4000M pre-cleaning – the advantages:
- The KDC 4000M is a special version for maize.
- Impurities removed before drying: Impurities reduce drying rates and increase drying costs.
- Impurities removed before storage: A second precleaning before the crop is stored will remove impurities which might result in deterioration of the sample.
- The aspiration action of the combi-cleaner reduces the level of dust contamination, both before and after drying.
- With high capacity of up to 40 t/h, pre-cleaning places no restriction on the rate of maize within the plant, even when bulking out for delivery to merchants.
- A cleaner sample commands a higher selling price.
